Last year was another great year because of the wonderful mercies and compassions we enjoyed from the Lord Jesus. Your continuous prayers and gifts have had tremendous impact on our work among our peoples. We were able to open 3 new churches in the villages of Kokosoa, Ayeh and Ntronsoa. We helped the village of Ntronsoa to start a new primary school for their kids. The people there are helping us mould cement blocks to put up permanent classrooms for the pupils. Two classrooms and an office will be completed by the end of March. Our school in Abrodiem village will also get three permanent classrooms by the end of March. Hodem is supplying both cement. iron rods and, wood and corrugated iron sheets for roofing, whiles the parents provide labor. All the classrooms will also serve as church halls during Sunday services.
We started another vocational school at our new church building at Dagbe village. Ten girls from the catchment area have been enrolled to check rural urban migration and its resultant risks of prostitution and HIV/AIDS. Many more have applied for admission and we are trusting God to increase our finances so we can admit them.
The Vocational school at the Headquater's will get a new storey building to serve as classrooms and offices. So many have applied to be considered for enrollment. Pray with us so we may come by some extra funding. We continue to turn out very promising graduates and it's always a joy to hear good reports from employers about the great Christian character our graduates are exhibiting at their jobs. Others are doing well on their own. We are able to do all these and more because you are standing together with us in this great ministry of reaching the unreached for the Lord here in Ghana.
All our existing churches are growing and by the middle of the year our Tema church will begin the much awaited vocational school for the numerous youth in the deprived fishing community in this industrial and harbor city. We have already acquired 80x250 feet land for that purpose. Right now our congregation there are worshiping in a tent we have mounted on the site as we continue to believe God to provide the permanent buildings for both school and church. We have also started a cement block factory to make blocks for sale so that we can get some profits which will be used to help put up the structures.
Please continue to pray for us for God's wisdom, guidance, strength and financial provision. Also for His protection from the diabolical works of the wicked one as we face many challenges in our work in this part of the world. Your partnership with us have always added to our faith in the Lord knowing very well that we are not standing alone. We indeed cherish your love and concern for us and our people. Galatians 6: 1-10 is a scripture to encourage you all. Remember we are always in prayer for you.
